EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION INCENTIVE
Clients who register for INTERSECT before January 15, 2026 are eligible to receive a $200 Universal Orlando Gift Card.
Gift card can be applied towards the cost of your hotel room. It can also be used towards dining, Universal theme parks, & shops.

Registration information
For active RouteSmart clients in the waste collection and public works industries, registration is complimentary for at least one attendee. Additional attendees from the same company are complimentary based on your subscription level through RouteSmart. Clients have been notified of their eligibility. If you would like to request this information, email INTERSECT Help Desk INTERSECT26@ecgconcierge.com.
If your company exceeds its allotted maximum number of registrations, an additional registration fee of $715 will apply for each participant beyond the limit. This fee is to cover conference costs such as food & beverage, session speakers, and evening functions. You will be contacted after registration to arrange payment for the additional fees.
Attendees from the same company should complete a single registration. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to “Add Additional Attendee."

Registration includes access to all sessions, along with the following meals:
- March 17: Breakfast, Lunch, and the Client Appreciation Dinner
- March 18: Breakfast and Lunch
TRAVEL PLAN considerations
ARRIVAL TIME
The Hard Rock is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando airport. Please plan to arrive Monday, March 16 to be ready for Tuesday morning sessions.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to and from the Hard Rock Hotel are the responsibility of attendees. Uber or taxi between the hotel and airport range between $30-60.
CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Conference Start: 9:00 AM on Tuesday, March 17
Final Session: Concludes at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18
WEATHER
March temperatures in Orlando range from daytime highs in the mid-90s to evening lows in the mid-70s. Of course, unseasonable weather can occur at any time. Meeting rooms may be cool, so we encourage all attendees to bring layers. For up-to-date weather information shortly prior to your departure, we suggest you check the weather here.
ATTIRE
Business Casual attire.
Some meal functions will be hosted outdoors, so we recommend packing a sweater or jacket for cooler mornings and evenings.
Early bird Registration gift card terms & conditions
Clients who register for INTERSECT by January 15, 2026 are eligible to receive a $200 Universal Gift Card.
- Gift cards are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served. Offer ends 1/15/26 or while supplies last.
- Offer applies to active RouteSmart clients only. Partners, employees, and other invited guests are not eligible.
- Gift cards are non-transferable.
- Eligible early bird registrants must be present onsite at INTERSECT to receive their gift card.
- If an early bird registrant cancels their attendance and transfers their registration to a colleague, the substitute attendee will not be eligible for the gift card.
- RouteSmart may limit the number of gift cards given to a single organization or company.
Gift Cards are redeemable for Universal Park tickets, food, and merchandise at Universal CityWalk. Universal Orlando Resort Gift Cards may be applied toward room nights and other goods and services at any of the on-site hotels at Universal Orlando Resort, including the Hard Rock Hotel.
Gift Cards will be provided at the INTERSECT registration desk, upon check-in.
