Registration information

For active RouteSmart clients in the waste collection and public works industries, registration is complimentary for at least one attendee. Additional attendees from the same company are complimentary based on your subscription level through RouteSmart. Clients have been notified of their eligibility. If you would like to request this information, email INTERSECT Help Desk INTERSECT26@ecgconcierge.com.

If your company exceeds its allotted maximum number of registrations, an additional registration fee of $715 will apply for each participant beyond the limit. This fee is to cover conference costs such as food & beverage, session speakers, and evening functions. You will be contacted after registration to arrange payment for the additional fees. 

Attendees from the same company should complete a single registration. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to “Add Additional Attendee."

INTERSECT 2026 attendance is limited to active clients and verified partners. Please confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements by visiting the Partners & Distributors page linked below. Registrations cannot be approved unless these criteria are met.

Registration includes access to all sessions, along with the following meals:

TRAVEL PLAN considerations

ARRIVAL TIME
The Hard Rock is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando airport. Please plan to arrive Monday, March 16 to be ready for Tuesday morning sessions.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to and from the Hard Rock Hotel are the responsibility of attendees. Uber or taxi between the hotel and airport range between $30-60. 

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Conference Start: 9:00 AM on Tuesday, March 17
Final Session: Concludes at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18

WEATHER
March temperatures in Orlando range from daytime highs in the mid-90s to evening lows in the mid-70s. Of course, unseasonable weather can occur at any time. Meeting rooms may be cool, so we encourage all attendees to bring layers. For up-to-date weather information shortly prior to your departure, we suggest you check the weather here. 

ATTIRE
Business Casual attire.
Some meal functions will be hosted outdoors, so we recommend packing a sweater or jacket for cooler mornings and evenings.
