RESERVATIONS
If you would like to request a hotel reservation at the Hard Rock Hotel, please contact INTERSECT Concierge directly to submit your request. All reservations are subject to availability, and the applicable rate will be confirmed once availability has been verified. Please allow up to two (2) business days to receive confirmation. A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team. We encourage you to submit your request as early as possible to ensure the best availability.

Attendees are responsible for all room fees and incidental charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation of guaranteed guest room reservations must be received six (6) days or more prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s
guest room rate and tax.

PARKING
Valet parking at a discounted rate of $38.00 per vehicle per day (tax not included). Discounted Self-parking rate of $28.00 per vehicle per day (tax not included).
