ROOM RATE
The group rate of $389.00 per night plus tax 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6% - subject to change) is subject to availability.

Attendees are responsible for all room fees and incidental charges.

Your registration confirmation email will contain a link to the Hard Rock Hotel INTERSECT Hotel reservation. This link gives you access to the discounted room rate. A deposit equal to (1) night stay will be charged at the time of making the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation of guaranteed guest room reservations must be received six (6) days or more prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s
guest room rate and tax.

PARKING
Valet parking at a discounted rate of $38.00 per vehicle per day (tax not included). Discounted Self-parking rate of $28.00 per vehicle per day (tax not included).
